THE SANTA YNEZ VALLEY IS HORSE COUNTRY If you love horses, you'll love the Santa Ynez Valley. Most residential areas with a lot size of 1/2 acre or more allow horses. Some of the ranchette subdivisions have dedicated riding trails. These include: Woodstock Ranch, Oak Trails Estates, Rancho Querno Largo, Rancho Ynecito, Rancho Estates, and Santa Ynez Oaks. The Santa Ynez Valley Equestrian Center brings activities of all riding disciplines to the Santa Ynez Valley.
